"Superb"
Great location really close both the Rialto bridge and Saint Marco square. The staff was really helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. An absolutely clean room and they changed our towels every single day. Check in was easy and fast although we arrived at 23:00 o'clock. I highly recommend this place for a visit in Venice!

I liked the property as it was in Venice. For the age of the building what more can you expect. I can say Ive now stayed in Venice but cant say I will return. Great priced local food but certainly an overcrowded place to be. Yes this also expected

The location of the Palazzo La Scala is great. 5 minutes away from the Rialto Water Bus, it's a great place as a base to explore Venice. It felt like it was in a very safe spot too, we were able to explore Venice in the evening and come back safely. The location is just great and not far from the main spots. For a one night stay, the accommodation was perfect. The room was a cozy, but small room, which had a separate bathroom. All towels and soaps were included, and everything was clean and worked well. The staff were nice, and spoke good English. They allowed us to leave our baggage when we checked out so we could explore Venice more, which I appreciate. They also made it very clear how much tourist tax was before visiting and kept in touch throughout via the Booking.com messaging portal. We felt well looked after before arriving!

The receptionist Christian was a gentleman and extremely helpful from the moment we landed messaging directions to getting home and everything in-between. Hotel is nice and clean, good sized room and extremely central. Absolutely loved our stay, will be back!

the hotels location is fantastic between Rialto and Piazza San Marco. normally I wouldnt worry about staying outside of the city centre but we had very little time and bags to carry with us, so it was easier to maximize our stay. we booked a suite and we were luckily assigned a NEWLY restored property in another building 5 min away. this review applies to our suite.

2min walk from rialto bus stop, very good location, nice pastry shop beside for your breakfast, air condioner was working, room a little small, but bed was comfy.
